Welcome to bianifc.org ("Website", "Service", "we", "us", or "our").
Bianifc.org is a free online platform that allows users to generate stylish, fancy, and creative text nicknames, symbols, fonts, and usernames (commonly used for games such as Free Fire, PUBG, BGMI, Fortnite, Roblox, as well as social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, Discord, TikTok, WhatsApp, and others).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of bianifc.org. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
bianifc.org provides a free nickname and stylish text generator tool.
The Service allows you to input plain text and convert it into various Unicode-based fancy fonts, symbols, emojis, and decorative styles.
All generated content is created client-side or through our servers without any cost.
We do not store, save, or collect the nicknames you generate unless you voluntarily submit them (e.g. for sharing features, if any are implemented in the future).
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially/ethnically offensive;
Impersonate any person or entity;
Generate content intended to promote violence, discrimination, terrorism, or illegal activities;
Generate or attempt to generate content that violates the terms of service of third-party platforms (games, social networks, etc.);
Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any other means to excessively access or overburden the Service;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, its servers, or related systems.
4. Intellectual Property
The Website, its design, code, logos, text styles, layout, and all underlying technology are owned by the operators of bianifc.org or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All generated stylish text/nicknames are created using publicly available Unicode characters and combinations. → You are free to use, copy, modify, and publish any nickname generated on the Website for personal, non-commercial, or commercial purposes (subject to third-party platform rules).
You may not claim ownership over the generator tool itself, the specific font/style algorithms, or the Website branding.
5. No Warranty / "As Is" Basis
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Accuracy, reliability, or availability of generated content
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
We do not guarantee that any generated nickname will be accepted by third-party platforms (many games/social networks block or filter certain symbols).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of bianifc.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
Any third-party actions (including bans/suspensions from games or social platforms due to use of generated nicknames)
In no event shall our total liability exceed USD $10 (or equivalent).
7. Third-Party Platforms
The nicknames and symbols generated are intended for use on third-party services (games, social media, etc.). We are not responsible for:
Any violation of those platforms' terms of service
Account bans, restrictions, or penalties resulting from nickname usage
Changes in third-party policies that affect symbol/nickname compatibility
You use generated content at your own risk.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability
Update these Terms at any time → Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms → We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
9. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy (separate document) for information about how we collect, use, and protect user data. Short version: We do not require registration. We do not store generated nicknames. We collect only minimal technical data (IP address, browser info, basic analytics) as necessary for operation and improvement of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under any circumstance, including if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
